Report Guide

Understand how to get the most out of your Growth Report. The report is divided into five steps. Follow the steps in order to ensure choosing the right area of improvement. Get inspiration on how to implement the recommended actions.

Step 1: Define goals

Start by defining your businesses goals. What is the purpose of your website? Do you want your users to take specific actions or is your goal to influence or educate them about your brand? Log in to your dashboard on and set your individual goals.

Step 2: Get an overview

You will be presented with an overview of your internal and external improvement options within six different categories. Compare your option and evaluate which one makes the most sense for your business.

Step 3: Choose an area of improvement

Choose one area to improve at the time. Prioritize what makes the most sense for your business. The internal changes are often time-consuming but will give you long-term sustainable results. External improvements can quickly be implemented but will often have a temporary effect.

Step 4: Choose actions

Now you need to choose an action within your chosen area of improvement to implement. It varies how many actions options each action areas contains.

There are six action areas:

Social Media

Step 5: Implement and validate

Use the implementation page as a checklist to ensure you have remembered everything. Once you have implemented the actions, then you need to validate the effect. Does it work as expected? If not, do you need to tweak it? If it does work, then you need to decide where to focus next. Use the appendix pages to compare your implementations from week to week.
